The River Worship

The River WORSHIP

The River Worship is Canada’s largest worship gathering. It includes people of all ages, backgrounds, and denominations. It is a place where all are welcome, and it exists for one purpose: to honour and glorify God! Whether you have never stepped foot in a church before, or attended church your whole life, you will feel welcomed. The River takes place in Canada Christian College’s state-of-the-art Canada Event Centre every Tuesday night at 7:30 p.m.

The River Worship is a group of Canadian worship leaders and musicians who are frequently joined by guest artists and speakers from around the world, such as: Elevation Worship leaders Jonsal and Jenna Barrientes, Isaiah Templeton and Tiffany Hudson; Maverick City Music leads Maryanne J. George and Ryan Ofei; Mack Brock; Clark Beckham; Wade Joy; Alex Seeley of The Belonging Co.; and so many more!

What should you expect on a Tuesday night?

It might get loud…this is not your Grandma’s church service, although Grandma’s can come, too! The Worship Experience lasts roughly 90 minutes and includes 8-9 modern worship songs and a powerful sermon.

The River hosts three “Seasons” of 12-14 episodes per year. Every episode is free admission and exists only because of the generosity and giving of those who attend.

The River is not meant to replace church. We believe you should get rooted in a strong Sunday community. If you don’t have a home church, let us know! We’ll get you connected.
