Dr. Garth Rowe had the tremendous experience of committing his life to the Lord Jesus Christ at the age of fourteen and has been serving Him since. He is an Ordained Minister and has been in the ministry for over 20 years. He is the founding pastor of Solid Rock Christian Assembly which he started with his wife Veronica. Here, he has the great opportunity to lead a dynamic and passionate group of individuals in a ministry aimed at reaching the community and beyond with the good news concerning Jesus Christ. Dr. Garth realizes the importance of Christian education; this realization has led to the establishment of Solid Rock Academy, an elementary private school, that is aimed at providing academic excellence anchored in a Christian worldview. His ultimate desire is to equip Christians to utilize their gifting and flourish in purpose in order to have a powerful and positive impact in their sphere of influence.

Dr. Garth has been a professor at Canada Christian College for the past seven years. During his tenure, he taught numerous courses including Contemporary Issues in Theology, Personal Evangelism, Bible Study Methods, Community Outreach, and Hermeneutics. Garth Rowe possesses an Advanced Diploma in Business, a Bachelors in Theology (BTh), a Masters in Theological Studies (MTS), and a Doctorate in Ministry (DMin). He is also a licensed trainer with Evangelism Explosion Canada. 

Dr. Garth believes the Bible has the distinctive ability to transform and revolutionize the lives of  those who believe and apply it. Though many verses resonate strongly in his Christian journey, perhaps the one that best serves as a motivator and mobilizer in his attempt to fulfill God’s purpose for his life is Joshua chapter 1, verse 9: “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and of good courage; do not be afraid, nor be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
